Offer Zone is a new way to save money on everyday and not so everyday purchases.  There are hundreds of offers, across a huge range of products and services, and they’re available exclusively to TrustPower customers.  It’s about local businesses bringing special offers to local people.  Offer Zone isn’t an auction site, nor do you get just one deal a day. Instead, TrustPower customers can access hundreds of offers everyday, and the offers are valid for as long as the business keeps the posting active.

How can I redeem an offer?

When you find an offer you like, click the ‘Get Voucher’ button on the right hand side of the screen.  You’ll then be able to see the unique offer code, as well as contact details of the business.  Then depending on the offer or any special conditions mentioned, you can redeem your offer by contacting the business or by bringing the unique offer code along with you to their premises.

Why are TrustPower doing this?

At TrustPower we don’t spend millions on brand advertising.  We prefer to promote our company by supporting our communities and rewarding customer loyalty.  So Offer Zone is a way for us to say thank-you to our customers, by providing you with a website that supports both local businesses and local residents.

How can I advertise offers on Offer Zone?

The process is simple.  If you’re a TrustPower business customer, you can register as an Offer Zone seller here. You’ll need your Trust Power customer number handy to be able to register.  Or feel free to give us a call on 0800 87 00 87, and we’ll help get you started. There's also loads more information about becoming an Offer Zone seller here.

Will Offer Zone be coming to other areas too?

Yes! We launched in our home town of Tauranga at the start of May, 2011, then in Rotorua and Taupo in October. We'll be spreading our wings and coming to other areas across New Zealand soon. So watch this space!

Do I have to be a TrustPower customer?

Yes, Offer Zone is exclusively for TrustPower customers.  But don’t worry if you’re not yet a TrustPower customer, it’s easy to join and it only takes a couple of minutes.  Just call us on 0800 87 87 87, we’d love to hear from you.

How do I register?

Registering is easy.  Simply click here and fill in your details.  You’ll need to have your TrustPower customer number handy.  Then you’ll be able to take advantage of the hundreds of offers available on Offer Zone.  Happy shopping!

Can I change my details, email address or password?

You can update your details, change your email or password at anytime by clicking the ‘My Details’ tab at the top of the page.  The email address shown here is the one you use to log into Offer Zone, so remember that for the next time you log in.

I forgot my password.

Not to worry!  On the log in page, simply enter your email address and click the ‘I forgot my password’ button.  We’ll email you a new password, so check your inbox.  If you haven’t received the email within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.  We suggest you change your password straight away.

What is a Watch list?

A watch list makes it easy for you to find your favourite searches and local businesses!  To create a watch list, simply search for offers in your region that you're interested in, e.g. 'fish'. You can filter by the category, e.g. 'takeaways' if you like.  Then click 'add to watch list' at the top of the page, and that's it.  We'll send you an email whenever an offer that includes the word 'fish' under the takeaway category is added to Offer Zone.  You can add as many searches as you like too. Don't worry, we wont fill up your inbox though - you'll just get the one email from us that contains all the new offers from all of your searches.

With Offer Zone, you can edit your watch list whenever you like, or change how often you receive the emails through the 'My Details' tab.
